Comprehensive checks are made throughout all our processes to ensure each order passes quality control checks. This ensures continued consistency with batch-to-batch orders. Our experienced, dedicated and fully trained technicians continuously carry out extensive testing within our in-house laboratory, in compliance with all requirements set out by the manufacturers and quality labels.

AAC offer customers Qualicoat ‘Seaside’ class of powder coating which is the most enhanced and robust standard available in the UK & Ireland. This even more robust pretreatment standard is suitable for areas where atmospheres carry corrosive salts (chlorides) and other aggressive pollutants.
